All participants are insured according to the personal

PT. SAGITA SARANA RAHARJA.
The insurance is restricted to persons of:
10 to 60 years of age for the Volcano Hiking/max 3500m. And within this group only to persons who are in appropriate health conditions for the concerned tour. With the participation, the participants are aware of these conditions and declare to fulfill and to accept those. Any conflict arising between CLIPPER DISCOVERY TOURS&TRAVEL and the participant/s that cannot be resolved by the parties themselves will be subjected to the ruling by the Court of Justice under the Laws of Indonesia.
