Day 1. Rubber plantations and trekking through the West Bali National Park
 | Pick up from south Bali and proceed to west Bali. Visit Rambut Siwit a coastal temple by the sea. 2,5 hrs trekking through West Bali National Park passing bamboo- and dense rainforest. BBQ picnic lunch on a river side. Overnight at Taman Sari, a beach front Hotel with a house reef in front of the hotel. Snorkeling from the beach possible. (L) |
Day 2. Mt. Batur, volcano world
After breakfast proceed through the wine yard region in north Bali. Drive uphill to Mt. Batur, Bali’s most active volcano 1717m. Explore by 4-wheel the giant outer crater, passing house high, extinct lava waves from it’s last heavy eruption in 1965. Overnight at Lake View, a Hotel with outstanding view of the volcano world.  | Day 3. Hike up Mt. Batur 1717m
Before sun rise, depart for an app. 2 hrs night walk up to the crater, where you await the sun rise over the island. Lunch in a restaurant overlooking the volcano and it’s crater lake. Visit the holy springs of Tirta Empul and it’s beautiful Hindu Temple from the 16th century. In the afternoon enjoy the refreshing pool of the Ananda resort in Ubud village where you overnight. Day 4. Biking through the hidden country side of Bali
After a leisure morning and late breakfast, short transfer to the starting point of our today’s biking program on modern mountain bikes. Explore the hidden countryside passing through villages and beautiful terrace rice fields. Your transfer car is only 10 behind you. You may decide to stop biking at any time. A delicious lunch is awaiting you before your transfer to your booked hotel in south Bali. (B, L) |  |
