In the coolness of the night, using bright torch lights, you follow a natural trail of extinct lava up to the crater [between 1,5–2 hrs.], where you await for the sunrise.

At dawn, breath-taking morning view, over looking of lake Batur and it’s entire volcano world.

RESERVATION

What to wear:

Long sleeves, jacket/ pullover, hiking or sport shoes, shorts, hat, sunglasses. Extra T-shirt to change up on the crater.

What to bring:

Camera, extra clothes and sandals for your return transfer, money for tipping the local mountain guide and crew, team spirit.

Physical Rating: High

Be prepared for some serious physical activity. The majority of activities included on this trip will be challenging. The fitter you are, the more you will enjoy your holiday.
